In October 2022, Karp went on a scouting trip to find interesting breweries in the Capitol Region of New York State. One of the gems he found was the then newly-opened Speckled Pig Brewing Co. in Ballston Spa. Impressed by the packed taproom, great pizzas, and easy to drink beers, he knew that he'd have to return soon. In this interview, co-owner Larry and head brewer Terry talk about their plans for their upcoming 1st anniversary party and canning line.
