From Ep 182 On June 17, 2023, the folks of Boucherville, on the south shore of Montreal, gained a new microbrewery. With easy to drink beers, great food, an area to keep kids busy, and an indoor beer garden, Gaspard Brasserie Artisanale is quickly becoming an important gathering spot for families in the area. In this interview, co-owners Mathieu and Olivier talk about their first month in business and their upcoming events.
